SMILING DOWN FROM HEAVEN

My Mother-in-law was an amazing gardener. When she passed away I took over caring for her African violets and surprisingly have managed to keep them alive (the secret is morning light, it doesn’t have anything to do with me). They are sitting in my kitchen window and at first it made me sad when I looked and them and would just miss her more. Now that almost 2 years have gone by I am thankful I have the violets because whenever I gaze at their blooms it makes me think she is looking down from heaven and smiling.
